国内吸烟、饮酒与缺血性脑卒中关系的Meta分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨吸烟、饮酒与缺血性脑卒中的关系.方法应用Meta分析方法对检索到的国内10个吸烟、饮酒与缺血性脑卒中关系的研究结果进行定量综合分析,一致性检验后,应用随机效应模型(D-L法)计算,合并比值比(OR)及其95%的可信区间(95% CI).结果吸烟、饮酒的合并OR(95% CI)分别为2.01(1.41~2.85)和2.36(1.87~2.98).吸烟、饮酒高危人群缺血性脑卒中的病因分值为50.25%和57.63%,一般人群归因危险百分比为26.66%和34.83%.结论吸烟、饮酒是我国缺血性脑卒中的重要危险因素,开展人群戒烟限酒干预是缺血性脑卒中病因预防的一项重要措施. Objective To study the relation between smoking, alcohol drinking and the risk of isehemic stroke in China. Methods 10 separated studies conducted on the relation between smoking, alcohol drinking and iscbemic stroke in China were analyzed by Meta-analysis, After consistency check, random effect model was selected to calculate the pooled odds ratio (OR) and its corresponding 95%, confidence in interval (CI) . Results The pooled OR (95% CI)for smoking, alcohol dinking were 2.01 (1.41- 2.85),2.36(1.87- 2.98).Respectively.High risk groups of the smoking, alcohol drinking attributable fraction were 50.25% and57.63%.The population attributable risk due to smoking, alcohol drinking were 26.66% and 34.83%. Conclusion Smoking and alcohol drinking are the important risk factors for ischemic stroke in China. It is important to prevent the causes of disease for launching crowd stop smoking and restrict alcohol interfered from ischemic stroke.
