摘要
高校教学秘书是设置在院(系)的教学管理人员,担负着上令下达、协调关系、保证教学工作正常进行的重要职能。教学秘书的素质高低直接影响教学管理工作的水平。当今高校规模日益扩大,教学改革不断深化的形势,对教学秘书人员的综合素质也提出了更高的要求。提高教学秘书的素质必须从政治观念、思想意识、专业水平和服务手段等多方面入手。
The college teaching secretary is the teaching management staff setup in institute or department, Nowadays, the situation that university＇s scale is expanded constantly has also put forward higher demands to the overall qualities of the teaching secretary personnel. Improving the teaching secretary＇s quality must start with such many aspects as political idea, ideology, professional level and service, etc.
