摘要
网络环境对图书馆工作尤其是编目工作带来了机遇和挑战,同时也对编目人员提出了更高的要求,本文从多方面论述了网络环境下,图书馆编目人员应具有的素质。
The network environment brings both opportunities and challenges to library work, esp. category making. At the same time it also raises a higher request to the category-makers. Under the network environment, the library category-makers should have more excellent qualities.
