摘要
本文对我国高校学报名刊名栏工程创建的重点和难点进行分析,并就高校学报名刊名栏工程的之内涵及其特征的大致描述,拟对其主要要素有一个基本的把握;同时以我国广播电视大学系统的学报为参照,提出了参于工程创建的基本思路和措施。
The purpose of this paper is to survey practice in prominent column in university and college journals. Some basic meanings and characteristics are drawn from the study. It concludes with discussion of approaches in RTVU＇s joumals.
