摘要
介绍了国内外主要的种质资源研究机构和种质资源考察、收集、保存、鉴定、评价、创新利用等方面的研究现状;分析了我国热作种质资源工作存在的主要问题,并提出了建立热作种质资源研究和管理体系,完善保存体系,改善保存设施,深入进行种质鉴定评价研究,制定相关标准,开展种质创新利用研究,健全共享机制,提高共享效率,加强人才队伍建设等发展对策。
The main domestic and foreign organizations engaged in the research of germplasm resources and the progress on tropical crop germplasm investigation, collection, preservation, identification, evaluation and utilization are summarized. The main problems existing in work of tropical crop germplasm in China are analyzed. The developmental countermeasures such as establishing research and management system for tropical crop germplasm resources, perfecting conservation system and improving conservation facilities, perfecting sharing system and increasing sharing efficiency and training talents are put forward.
