摘要
用共沉淀法制备TiZrO4复合氧化物,并作为载体。采用等体积浸渍法担载CuO制成CuO/TiZrO4催化剂,考察其在富氧条件下以CH4作还原剂催化还原NO的性能,研究了CuO负载量、反应温度对NO转化率的影响。结果表明CuO负载量为20%时催化活性最好,反应温度为200℃时,NO转化率可达65%。
TiZrO4 mixed oxides were prepared by co-precipitation and then used as cartier. CuO/TiZrO4 catalyst was prepared by impregnation for catalytic reduction of NO by CH4 in the presence of excess oxygen. The effects of the CuO loading and the reaction temperature on NO conversion were studied. The results show that the catalytic activity was highest while the CuO loading was 20% and the conversion of NO was 65% when the reaction temperature was 200℃.
