摘要
以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和玉米淀粉为原料制取水性高分子胶粘剂,填充高岭土改善快干性,通过考察原料配比、氧化剂、快干剂用量等因素的影响,给出了胶粘剂的最佳配方。测试产品的快干性、粘接强度和耐水性等主要指标,性能超过市售的103和825胶,并且其生产工艺简单、成本低于前者。
Water based polymeric adhesive was prepared with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and maize starch filled with kaolin to improve its quick-drying property. Optimum formulation of the adhesive was obtained through investigation on influencing factors such as molar ratio of raw materials, contents of oxidant and quick-drying agent. Major indexes such as quick- drying, bond strength and water resistance were tested. Testing results indicated that its performance was superior to that of 103 and 825 white adhesives on the market. Its manufacturing process was simpler and cost lower.
