摘要
通过全面考虑导流系统水文不确定性和水力不确定性,定义了风险率功能函数;引入设计验算点的概念,运用当量正态化原理,提出并建立了导流系统设计风险率计算模型。
Risk is an important subject in decision making of construction diversion schemes.In consideration of the uncertainty of hydrology and hydraulics,this paper has defined the risk performance function of the diversion system.By employing the principle of equivalent normalization,the overall risk model of diversion system has been deduced.
