摘要
企业社会责任代表了当今企业管理领域正在兴起的一种新理念。日本企业注重社会责任,关注员工利益,形成独特的感恩伦理,但同时存在过于以本企业为中心,对企业绝对忠诚而忽视了企业对社会其它利益集团的关注,使企业漠视消费者的利益与需求。日本企业社会责任理念启示我国企业、社会和政府都应当积极关注企业的社会责任问题,构建和谐社会。
The social responsibilities of businesses represent a new way of thinking that is currently emerging in the business management field. Japanese businesses attach much importance to their social responsibilities and pay close attention to employees' welfare, which as we have noticed result in a unique gratitude ethics. Japanese businesses, in the meantime, are also troubled with such problems as over "this-business-centeredness," requirement for absolute loyalty to business and negligence of the interests of other social groups, which in turn lead to the disregard on the part of businesses for consumers' interests and needs. Japan's conception of business social responsibilities shows to us that, in order for social harmony to be achieved in China, active attention should be paid by businesses, the society and various levels of government to the issue of business social responsibilities.
