摘要
在拼接式重型多轴挂车满载匀速直线行驶工况下,对其液压悬架系统举升过程仿真,得到悬架构件的最大受力,建立其Pro/E三维实体模型,进行有限元计算和结构分析,提出改进措施。结构改进后,悬架构件的最大受力明显减小,应力分布更加均匀、合理。
When the combinable heavy multi-axis trailer with full load smoothly runs on the straight road, simulate the lifting process of the hydraulic suspension system, get the max pressure of the suspension components, make its three--dimensional model. Then the finite element calculation and structural anslysis are taken out, useful remdy measures are made. After improvement, the numerical value of the pressure of suspension components obviously decreases, and the stress distributes more logical and symmetrical.
