摘要
目的建立同时测定邻苯二甲酸酯(PAES)类等7种环境雌激素的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)分析方法并探讨塑料玩具挥发蒸气中环境雌激素的溶出情况。方法优化色谱条件探讨塑料玩具样品用量、气体流速、接触时间和气温对溶出含量的影响。结果方法性能良好;实验玩具的气相溶出量随着样品用量、气体流速、接触时间和气体温度的增加而升高,蒸发溶出总量从数微克到百余微克不等。结论该方法可用于玩具蒸气或空气中7种环境雌激素的检测或调查;塑料玩具可溶出较大量的环境雌激素:有必要采取适当措施保护儿童健康。
Objective A simple RP-HPLC method was developed to explore the leaching behavior and concentration of seven environment estrogens simultaneously in volatile gas of plastic toys. Methods Some parameters were optimized by single-factor experiments and the effects on concentrations of sample dosage, N2 flow, elapsed time and gas temperature were studied. Results Seven environment estrogens were detected simultaneously and the performance indexes were satisfied. The concentrations of seven environment estrogens in volatile gas were increased along with the sample dosage, N2 flow, elapsed time and gas temperature increased, and the total concentration ranged from several gammas to more than one hundred gammas. Conclusion The method was suitable for the detecting and investigating of seven environment estrogens in air samples. There was a large concentration of environment estrogens leaching in air from plastic toys. And some constructive prevention methods should be taken for the health of children.
