摘要
分析了法国城市发展战略的缘起与特征,从法律保障、目标定位、空间重构、公众参与以及经营城市等多个方面阐述了城市发展战略在推动城市更新与发展中所起到的关键作用,同时也指出了现实的挑战与借鉴意义。
This paper analyses the originations and characteristics of the French urban strategy, elaborates its important lnulti-functions in legal legislating, object position, space reconstruction, public participation and city management during the period of urban renewal, and it also points out some current challenges and reference meanings.
