摘要
电流差分缓冲放大器(CDBA)作为一种新的有源器件,近年来在应用上普遍受到中外学者的关注,一般用来实现滤波电路及震荡电路方面,通过对CDBA原理的分析,研究了用电流差分缓冲放大器来实现模拟电路中常用的如受控源、负阻抗变换器、回转器等有源网络器件,因为电流差分缓冲放大器不仅具有第二代电流传输器(CCⅡ)和电流反馈放大器(CFA)的优点,而且由于CDBA是四端口有源元件,在实现上比用电流传输器更加方便,同时给出了相应实现的二端口参数方程和电路结构,这些电路结构在电子设计中应用广泛。
Current Differencing Buffered Amplifier (CDBA) is a new active network element,some applications of CDBAs have also been reported in recent literature. It is usually used in filter and oscillator circuits. In this paper ,some active network elements such as controlled source ,negative impedance converter,gyrator based on current differencing buffered amplifier (CDBA) is proposed. Because it not only has merits of second generation current conveyor and Current Feedback Amplifier(CFA),but also it has four ports,lt is more convenient than CC Ⅱ Its two - terminal network parameter equation is given,which can be used to realize some integrated analog network.
