摘要
人才价值的实现受多方面因素的影响,就人才所在组织来说,最基本的条件应该是能岗匹配,企业应该依靠严谨的工作分析,建立分层分类的职位说明书,按能配岗,并建立能岗匹配的反馈机制,从而实现人才价值的最大化。
The realization of the talents' value could be influenced by various factors.To an organization, the basic condition is competence and position matching.The enterprise should depend on precise analysis to build job description in terms of layers and categories, and build feedback system on competence and position matching to maximize talents' value.
