苍白密螺旋体两类膜蛋白分子的结构和功能研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 苍白密螺旋体尚不能人工培养,其具体免疫致病机制还不清楚.寻找具有免疫原性或潜在致病性膜蛋白分子已成为梅毒研究的热点.本文综述了近年来TprK和Tromp两类与免疫原性或致病性有关的膜蛋白结构与功能的研究进展.
