摘要
研究氯化十六烷基吡啶(CPC)表面活性剂存在下,铅与二甲酚橙的显色反应体系。实验结果表明,在弱酸性介质中Pb-XO-CPC的显色反应快速、灵敏、稳定,吸光度明显增强,建立了测定食品中微量铅的新方法。在λmax=590nm,该方法的摩尔吸光数ε为7.30 X104L.mol-1.cm-1,铅离子的浓度在0-2.5mg.L-1范围内符合比耳定律。用于皮蛋中微量铅的测定,结果满意。
This paper investigates lead(Ⅱ) by its reaction with XO develop the color system in the presence of surface-active agent (CPC). The study shows that Pb-XO-CPC color system has the special feature of good inrapidily seasieivity and stability. Under the condition at weak acidity. And its absorption obvious serenthen. So,A new metb, od for the determination of trace Lead(Ⅱ) in the food. The apparent molar absorptivity is found to be 7.30×10^4 L·mol^-1·cm^-1 at wavelength 590nm. Beer's Law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-2.5mg·ml^-1 Lead . Used ill the survey of the content of Lead in the food of preserved eggs. The result is satisfied.
