摘要
本文讨论了采用热箱法检测建筑物围护结构的热阻以实现非采暖季进行检测。由于检测面大量广,因此检测方法必须相对简便易行。根据这一原则,提出把在两侧测得的热流值加权平均的方法对由于侧向热流引起的误差加以修正,以实现现场测试基本精度。根据建筑围护结构检测的特定情况,用数值模拟的方法归纳总结出适用于不同保温形式的围护结构加权平均系数,即修正系数。通过对三十多种常见的围护结构形式的修正系数及其相应误差值的分析,表明这种修正方法可以满足围护结构热工性能现场检测的要求。
A hotbox method is devised for field measurements of envelope' s thermal resistance in non-heating seasons. Due to the great quantity of tests to be dealt with in practice, the test and data-processing procedures should be relatively convenient and inexpensive. A weighted average method of the heat fluxes measured on both sides of the wall is brought forward in evaluation of the thermal resistance in consideration of the errors caused by the lateral heat losses in the measurements. Numerical simulations were carried out over 30 enclosure structures to obtain appropriate weighting coefficient for different categories of insulated building enclosures. The result shows that this measurement procedure is simple and effective on rectifying the errors resulting from the lateral heat loss in the tests.
