不同水平瘤胃保护性蛋氨酸对小尾寒羊氮代谢及生产性能的影响 被引量:16

Effects of Different Addition Levels of Rumen-protected Methionine on Nitrogen Metabolism and Production Performance of Small-tail Han Sheeo

摘要 选择安装有瘤胃瘘管的小尾寒羊5只,采用5×5拉丁方设计,研究在相同基础日粮条件下添加不同水平瘤胃保护性蛋氨酸对小尾寒羊氮代谢及生产性能的影响,添加水平分别为0%(Ⅰ组)、0.243%(Ⅱ组)、0.485%(Ⅲ组)、0.728%(Ⅳ组)、0.971%(Ⅴ组)。结果表明: 日粮中添加瘤胃保护性蛋氨酸能降低尿氮排出量、尿中尿素氮含量及尿中尿素氮占进食氮比, 提高了氮沉积、日增重和氮的生物学价值,尤其是处理Ⅲ组的氮沉积和日增重与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01)。本试验条件下玉米-豆粕型日粮中瘤胃保护性蛋氨酸的最适添加量为 0.485%。 Five Small-tail Han sheep fitted with fistula in the rumen were used to study the effect of different addition levels of rumen-protected methionine on nitrogen metabolism and production performance of the sheep. The treatments in a 5× 5 Ladin square in the experiment were basal diet plus rumenprotected methionine 0%(Ⅰ),0. 243%(Ⅱ),0. 485%(Ⅲ),0. 728%(Ⅳ)and 0. 971%(Ⅴ). The results showed that supplemental rumen protected methionine increased the retained nitrogen, daily gain and the nitrogen biological value by decreasing the amount of urine nitrogen and urine urea nitrogen, and the rate of urine urea nitrogen and intake nitrogen. The retained nitrogen and daily gain of group III were significantly improved by rumen-protected methionine supplementation, The results indicated that the optimal protected rumen-protected methionine supplementation of the corn-soybean meal diet under present experiment was 0. 4850%.
