摘要
目的:探讨中药复方消渴胶囊(XKC)对四氧嘧啶(ALX)致糖尿病(DM)模型小鼠血糖水平的影响。方法:以45 mg/kgBW剂量的ALX尾静脉注射建立DM模型小鼠80只,并以血糖水平随机分为4组,分别经口灌胃给予0、0.4、0.8、2.4 g/kgBW剂量的XKC,同时以2.4 g/kgBW剂量的XKC经口给予15只正常小鼠,每天1次给予,连续30 d。试验结束时,禁食3.5 h后测定正常小鼠和DM小鼠的空腹血糖及口服2 g/kgBW剂量的葡萄糖后0 h、0.5 h和2 h的血糖,并以血糖曲线下面积表示糖耐量。结果:与模型空白对照比较,0.8 g/kgBW的XKC的空腹血糖、2 h血糖与血糖曲线下面积明显降低(P<0.05),2.4 g/kgBW组的2 h血糖值与血糖曲线下面积显著减少(P<0.01),对正常小鼠血糖无影响。结论:中药复方消渴胶囊具有降低ALX致DM模型小鼠高血糖水平的作用。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaoke Capsule (XKC) in diabetic mice. Methods: 80 Mice with diabetes which induced by injecting alloxan through caudal vein with the dose of 45mg/kg BW were divided into 4 groups according to their blood glucose. At the same time, 15 normal mice were orally administrated with with XKC 2.4g/kgBw. 4 groups were orally administrated with XKC 0, 0.4, 0.8, 2.4 g/kgBW, for 30 days respectively. At the end of trial, blood - glucoses were measured at 0 h, 0.5 h, 2 h after glucose administrated with the dosage of 2 g/kgBW for mice with diabetes (blood glucose value at 0 h was equal to empty stomach) and after fasting for 3.5 h for normal mice and diabetic mice. Glucose tolerance (GT) was indicated as area under the curve of blood glucose (ACBG). 15 normal mice were observed likely. Results: Blood glucose at 0 h, 2 h and ACBG of 0.8 g/kgBW group significantly decreased while comparing to control group (P(0.05). Blood glucose at 2 h and ACBG of 2.4 g/kgBW group significantly lower than control group (P(0.01). The dosage of 2.4 g/kg BW XKC has no effect on normal mice. Conclusion: XKC has effects of decredsing bloot glucose and improving GT on diabetic mice induced by alloxan.
