摘要
以FEVE氟碳树脂、丙烯酸树脂为主要成膜物质,添加助剂、颜料、溶剂,按照氟碳涂料生产工艺进行操作,开发了轨道车辆用新型氟碳涂料。通过研究氟碳涂料在钢铁材料、铝合金材料、镁合金材料上的施工工艺,探讨了新型氟碳涂料应用于轨道车辆上的可行性。
According to the production technology of fluorocarbon paint, new type fluorocarbon paint is developed. It uses FEVE fluorocarbon resin,acrolein resin as mainly filming substance,and adds in auxiliary substance,pigment and solvent. Through researching fluorocarbon paint＇s technology of application to steel,aluminium alloy and magnesium alloy materials, the feasibility of applying new type fluorocarbon paint to railway vehicles is discussed.
