摘要
在过去的20几年里,弹性学习的兴起已经在西方国家的高等教育领域引发了一场全新的变革。西方国家为在高等教育中实施弹性学习进行了诸多的尝试,并获得了宝贵的经验,而西方学者在该领域所作的大量学术研究工作也取得了可观的成就。借鉴国外的有益研究成果,对我国的相关理论构建与实践具有积极意义。
In the past two decades,the development of flexible learning has aroused innovation in the field of higher education. In order to implement flexible learning in higher education,western countries have made lots of experiments,and have got valuable experience. In the mean time,western scholars have got considerable achievements in this field by doing research. Summing up the valuable findings of foreign countries is very important to the theory construction and practice in China.
