摘要
对大机组因润滑油入口温度偏低导致的电机轴承油膜涡动故障实例的系统特征进行了分析。结果表明,润滑油入口油温偏低产生的油膜涡动在电机不同轴承上响应形式不同。不同测点的波形形状、振动峰值、谐波分量均不相同。共同特征是幅值谱中出现约0.4倍频分量且其模值大于1X分量模值和1X分量模值变化不大的现象。
An oil film whirl case appeared on a set of power equipment was investigated. The faults were resulted from the low input oil temperature. The system features show that the modes of the oil film whirl at different bearings of the set are different each other. Both magnitudes of peaks and frequency components corresponding the faults are variational. The common features are that the modules at O. 4 multiple component in FFT spectrum are larger than the modules of work frequency and the change of the modules magnitudes corresponding the work frequency component is small.
