姚孟电厂1号直流炉控制系统设计及增量式状态控制器的应用 被引量:5

摘要 根据直流炉被控对象和姚孟电厂1号300MW本生直流机组设备本身的特点,分别设计了新型的、适用于直流炉的机炉协调控制系统、锅炉给水控制系统和过热器蒸汽温度控制系统。通过对机炉协调、锅炉给水和过热器蒸汽温度等控制方案的特点分析,体现了应用基于增量式状态观测器的状态反馈控制与传统的PID串级调节系统相结合的控制策略的优越性。采用该控制方案,机组在大负荷范围(80MW)和高负荷变化速率(9MW/min)工况下减负荷时,过热器出口汽温变化和机前压力变化等调节品质满足电力系统热工自动化的行业标准,并能很快达到稳定。现场实时控制的应用效果显示了该项技术的先进性和实用性,同时也为超临界机组控制策略和方案的选择提供了参考和借鉴。 According to the characteristics of once-through boiler and the 300 MW unit of Yaomeng Power Plant, this paper designed new boiler-turbine coordinated control system, boiler feedwater control system and superheated steam temperature control system respectively for once-through boiler. Based on the analysis of above control systems, this paper pointed out advantage of the control strategy that integrated conventional PID control with state feedback control system based on incremental state observer. When the load change range of this unit is 80 MW and load change rate is 9 MW/min, the practical control performance such as change error of superheated steam temperature and turbine throttle pressure are meet the standards of thermodynamic control in power system, and these parameters can reach steady state quickly. The real-time field application shows the superiority and applicability of this technology, besides, it takes a reference for the control strategy and solution selection ofsupercritical pressure unit.
