摘要
目的:对军事医学科学院附属医院2002—2003年的死亡病例使用抗菌药物的情况进行分析、讨论,以指导今后的工作,控制药物滥用情况。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对291例死亡病例使用抗菌药物的情况进行分析。结果:291例死亡病例抗菌药物应用以头孢菌素类、氨基糖苷类和喹诺酮类为主,存在药物联用不合理现象。结论:该院近两年来在抗菌药物合理应用方面虽已有很大提高,但对有关不合理用药情况应引起足够的重视,使抗菌药物合理应用水平再上一个新台阶。
Objective： To find the rules for directing rationally clinical use of pharmaceuticals by studying the utilization of antibiotics in fatal cases. Methods： Analyzing the case files of 291 fatal cases of in-patients admitted from 2002 to 2003. Results： Cephlosporins, aminoglycosides and quinolones were the most frequently used antibiotics for them, existing irrational drag combination condition. Conclusion： The condition of rationalism of antibiotics has been improved a lot in our hospital.
