摘要
价值取向作为价值的决定方向或因素,对社会行为起着导向作用。平等与效率是高等教育政策中的两种基本价值取向。从价值取向的角度理解研究生教育,能够更好地发挥研究生教育的重要作用,促进我国研究生教育的发展。本文从我国高等教育政策层面上,以平等和效率的相关理论为基础,结合当前研究生教育的实际,理解和把握研究生教育的价值定位。平等的价值取向,其内涵是制度的平等,而效率的价值取向涉及研究生教育中以结构调整、管理、质量等为核心的效率观。这两种基本价值取向之间的关系是辨证统一的,在现实选择上,要效率优先,兼顾平等。
The value orientation is regarded as the decision direction or factor of value, playing a leading role in the social behavior. The equality and efficiency are two kinds of basic value orietations in policies for higher education. Understanding graduate education in terms of value orientation, can play the important function of graduate education better, and promote the development of graduate education of our country. This text from the aspect of policy of higher education of our country, based on the relevant theories of efficiency and equality, combining the reality of present graduate education, understand and hold the value of graduate education. The intension of Equal value orientation is equality of a system, and the value orientation of efficiency involves the view of efficiency taking structural adjustment, management, quality, etc. as the core in graduate education. The relation between these two kinds of basic value orientations is dialectical and unified. In reality, efficiency comes first while we give consideration to the equality.
