总结了开关电器触头电寿命的预测方法,阐述了触头工作过程中改变触头状况的各种变量(如触头表面的粗糙度,触头的有效距离,触头的电阻,喷弧的波形,耐弧性,触头的电腐蚀,电压的波动范围等)。对每种方法的原理、优缺点、正确性和预测方法的趋势进行了分析和讨论。
Several prediction methods for electrical endurance of the contacts for switches were summarized, in which the mainly variables of contact changing with the number of contact operation were expatiated such as surface roughness, effective contact distance, contact resistance, showering arc waveforms, arc endurance, contact erosion, amplitude of voltage' s spectra etc. The principles, superiorities, shortcoming and validity of each method, the future of the prediction are analyzed and discussed.
