摘要
本文报道中华按蚊敏感品系及不同地区自然种群对溴氰菊酯和氯菊酯的抗击倒因子分布频率。结果表明:这两种拟除虫菊酯对敏感品系幼虫的20min致死中浓度(LC50)分别为0.0209和0.1747ppm;用敏感品系幼虫致死率达99%的剂量测试自然种群,发现已有抗性产生,其中用药试验的温州苍南,其致死率仅为60%左右。自然种群成虫的神经不敏感因子分布频率明显大于敏感品系,最大差率达40%左右(温州苍南用药地区种群)。
Distribution probabilities of resistance factor in the susceptible population and the natural populations of Anopheles sinensis to deltamethrin and permethrin were detected as following:The median lethal concentrations of the susceptible population of larvae by deltamethrin and permethrin were 0.0209ppm and 0.1747ppm respectively.The rate of knockdown of larval population from Cangnan in 20min,was 60%,and lower than that of other natural population. Also, its distribution probability of resistance factor in the adult population was the highest, reaching 42 %.
