摘要
农村供水作为农村全面建设小康社会的重要基础设施,水量、水质问题应放在同等重要的地位,而且要更加重视水质问题,增加饮水安全意识,解困与提高相结合。农村供水发展具有阶段性、渐进性,在基本解决农村饮水困难的条件下,根据山东省农村供水发展的实际,结合社会主义新农村建设的要求,提出了山东农村供水发展的基本思路和战略目标。
Rural water supply system is the basic infrastructure for the construction of well-off society in rural areas. Water quantity and quality have the same importance. Water quality problem should be paid more attention and water safety awareness should be enhanced. It is recommended to set the basic need of human and animals for drinking water as the priority and proposed strategic target of rural water supply in Shandong, based on local conditions and requirement for the modernization of rural water development and management.
