摘要
目的研究氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法测定食品中硒的分析技术和最佳分析条件。方法采用硝酸高氯酸消解样品,硼氢化钠为还原剂,在6molL盐酸介质中测定。结果相对标准偏差(RSD)1.34%~3.81%,回收率为92.05%~103.88%,最低检出限为0.0056mgkg(0.28ngml),线性范围为0~80.0μgL。结论该方法简便快速、灵敏度高、干扰少,可以满足食品中硒的测定。
Objective To determine selenium (Se) in selenium-enriched foods by hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The samples were digested by HNO3-HClO4 and reduced by NaHB4, and then was determined in 6mol/L HCI. Results The results showed that the detectable range, detection limit, recovery rate, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) of the method were 0 ~ 80.0μg/L, 0. 0056mg/kg, 92.05 % ~ 103.88 %, and 1.34 %~ 3.81% respectively, Conclusion This method is suitable for selenium determination.
