摘要
本研究通过纳豆激酶纤维蛋白溶解活性实验、纳豆激酶体内血栓溶解实验对纳豆激酶的溶栓作用做了较全面的研究。对纤维蛋白溶解活性研究结果显示:高、中、低剂量的纳豆激酶均能显著地降低血浆优球蛋白的溶解时间、显著地降低血浆纤维蛋白原的含量、显著地增加纤维蛋白裂解产物的含量,表明纳豆激酶具有较强的纤维蛋白溶解性,且同等剂量的纳豆激酶和尿激酶相比,前者的纤溶性大于后者;体内血栓溶解的实验结果显示:纳豆激酶可明显地延长血栓形成时间、显著减少股动脉的长度及湿重并明显提高血栓的再通率、显著减少肺内血栓的形成,表明纳豆激酶具有较强的体内溶栓作用,且同等剂量的纳豆激酶和尿激酶相比,前者的溶栓作用高于后者。显示了纳豆激酶具有强大的溶栓作用,且起效快、药效长,有望成为一代溶栓药物。
Fibrinolytic activity of NK and thrombolytic action on NK in vivo were studied. Results of fibrinolytic activity of NK showed that high,middle,low dosage NK could decrease significantly dissolution time of euglobulin in plasma,and reduce significantly the content of fibrinogen in plama and increase the content of frbrin decompose product. It indicated that NK has a strong fibrinolytic activity,and it has more fibrinolytic activity than Urokinase(UK) at the same dosage. Results of thrombolytic effects of NK in vivo showed that NK could prolong thrombus forming forming time in blood vessel remarkedly,lessen the length and weight of thrombus,promote the ratio of recirculation of the femoral artery significantly and decrease the weight of thrombus in lung. It indicated that NK has a strong thrombolytic action in vivo,and its effects were superior to UK at the same dosage. In short,Nattokinase has very strong thrombolytic effects,and action time persist long. So NK was expected to be a new ideal generation thromboytic medicine
