摘要
研究了高铁赤泥煤基直接还原中铁晶粒成核及晶核长大动力学.结果表明,可采用Avrami-Erdeyev模型描述赤泥煤基直接还原中铁晶粒成核及晶核长大动力学.用反应活性好且挥发份适量的煤还原赤泥时,铁晶粒成核及晶核长大速率均较大;催化剂具有促进铁晶粒成核及晶核长大速率之作用,且对于铁晶粒成核而言,温度效应稍大于催化剂的催化作用,而对于铁晶核长大而言,则催化作用大于温度效应.
The kinetics of the nucleation and grain growth of metallic phase in direct reduction of high-iron red mud with coal base is investigated in this paper. The results show that the kinetics is discussed with the help of the Avrami-Erofeyev model. The higher rate of the nucleation and grain growth of metallic phase can be obtained by using the coal with better reactivity and proper content of volatile matter. Analysis of the kinetic data indicates that catalysts addition enhances the rate of the nucleation and grain growth of metallic phase. It is also observed that for the nucleation the temperature effect is a little greater than the catalysis, but for the grain growth of metallic phase the temperature effect is less than the catalysis obviously.
