摘要 钻杆轴向进给由钻杆和丝杆相对转动产生,为实现钻杆进尺计数,设计的计数装置由2个与传动齿轮啮合的计数齿轮、一个圆锥齿轮差速器和一个专门设计的计数器组成。通过变换计数器上的计数方式,可实现自动进给计数和手动快速下降(或上升)计数,并可得到总进尺计数。进尺计数装置的设计克服了T.D.Williamson等公司的水下开孔机标尺杆刻度在水下看不清、容易误读的缺点,开孔机钻杆行程可用数字形式显示出来,读数准确方便,并可甩掉标尺杆,使整机高度降低,结构紧凑,外形美观。 The relative rotation between the feed screw and the boring bar will cause axial movement of the boring bar. To indicate axial travel of the boring bar,the counting assembly is formed with two counting gears that mesh with two drive gears and a differential, and a special counter. By means of conversion switch on counter, the counting assembly may indicate axial travel that the boring bar moves automatically or manually and may indicate total axial travel. It overcomes disadvantages that surveying rod on underwater tapping machine as T. D. W's etc. can not be easily read under water. The axial travel of the boring bar can be indicated exactly in figure. As surveying rod is not used,height of machine can be reduced.
