摘要
目的:研究对不稳定性骨盆骨折的治疗。方法:研制出骨盆各部位内固定器械,根据不同骨折部位采用不同内固定器械及手术方法。结果:临床应用18例,经5年随访结果满意。结论:正确掌握手术适应证,早期切开复位内固定,可明显减少晚期并发症。
Aim:To explore treatment of unstable pelvic fracture with reduction and internal fixation at acute stage to reduce complications in the late stage.Methods:Different parts of fraeture were treated with different internal fixers and operative methods.Results:Five-year follow-up showed satisfied results in 18 cases.Conclusion:We believe that reduction and internal fixation in the aeute stage can reduce complications in the late stage.
