摘要
尊重患者知情同意权是法律法规的要求、临床工作的需要、新医学模式必需的临床工作。文章对尊重患者知情同意权的必要性和内容以及细化尊重患者知情同意权的实施行为做了初步的探讨和总结。作者认为应将患者该承担的伦理责任作为患者知情同意的内容。同时还对实施尊重患者知情同意权的临床实践所存在的问题进行了分析,作者认为细化尊重患者知情同意权的临床实践不仅需要医务人员的责任心、同情心,更需要医患双方具有风险意识、法律意识。
Respecting patient＇s right of informed consent is a kind of clinical work that is a requirement of law, need of clinical work and necessity of new medical model. This paper discussed the necessity and contents of respecting patient＇s right of informed consent and how to specifically implement it. The author thought that it should regard ethics responsibility by patient as a part of contents of right of informed consent. At the same time, the problems existing in clinical practice of implementing patient right of informed consent were analyzed. The author thought that specifically implementing patient＇s right of informed consent need not only responsibility and sympathy of medical workers, but also risk and legal consciousness from doctor and patient.
