摘要
目的观察黄芪对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注后脑组织IL-1β含量及MPO活性的影响,探讨其对脑缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的机制。方法分别采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)及分光光度计法测定各组大鼠脑组织IL-1β含量及MPO活性。结果模型组与假手术组比较,IL-1β含量及MPO活性显著升高;黄芪组与模型组比较,IL-1β含量及MPO活性显著降低。结论黄芪可通过降低缺血再灌注后大脑皮质的IL-1β含量及MPO活性,从而减轻炎症反应,发挥其脑保护作用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of astragus on the content of IL-1βand the activity of MPO after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods:The methods of ELISA and pectrophotometry were respectivley used to measure the content of IL-1β,and the activity of MPO in rats' brains. Results:Compred with those in sham-operated group,the content of IL-1βand the activity of MPO in rats' brains increased markedly in model group. Compared with those in model group,the content of IL-1βand the activity of MPO in rats' brains decreased significantly in astragus group. Conclusion:Astragus could decrease the content of IL-1βand the activity of MPO after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats' brains,and alleviate inflammation reaction which may by one of mechanisms of astragus neuroprotective effects of on cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury.
