退火处理对AZ31镁合金轧制板材组织与冲压性能的影响 被引量:14

Influence of Annealing Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Drawing Properties of AZ31 Magnesium Alloy Rolling Sheet

摘要 研究不同退火工艺下AZ31镁合金轧制板材显微组织以及冲压性能。结果表明,单向轧制板材,经退火处理后,由于发生了再结晶,孪晶消失,板材晶粒形状由退火前的板条状演变为退火后的等轴状,随退火温度升高和退火时间延长,部分晶粒发生了长大,但仍有部分细晶存在。退火处理后,板材屈强比降低,n值和R值升高,表明退火处理可有效改善板材的冲压性能。经200℃、1h退火处理的板材,冲压性能改善最为明显。 The microstructure and drawing properties of the AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet with annealing heat treatment under various conditions are investigated. The results show that the grains in the single direction roll lng sheet is changed from strip to equal axis shape because of the recrystallization and twin crystals disappearance during annealing heat treatment, and there are some fine grains although part grains are grown. The drawing property of the sheet is improved by annealing heat treatment, it is indicated by the decrease of yield/tensile strength ratio and increase of the values of n and R parameters after annealing heat treatment, and the most remarkable improvement is for the sample annealing heat treated under 200℃ × 1h.
