摘要
该文以目前城市路网的特点及交通现状为研究背景,为提高城市交通事故救援效率并最大限度的降低交通事故带来的损失,利用城市现有的救援资源,构建了一个针对突发交通事故的应急救援模型,并针对事故的多发性和偶然性的特点, 分析了该模型在解决实际交通事故方面存在的问题,在此基础上对模型进行了改进和简化。该模型已经用于建立重庆市的“城市交通紧急事件处理与安全系统”,通过对该系统为实例进行的仿真实验表明,取得了较好的仿真结果。
This paper constructs a rescue model for urgent urban transport event , which takes the characteristic of city road network and current transport status as study background and makes use of current rescue resources. According to the excessiveness and chanciness of transport event, the problems of rescue model in dealing with real accident are analyzed for improving and simplifying the model. The city transport event and safety system of Chongqing is built based on the proposed model. The simulation of algorithms achieves promising results.
