露天采矿烟尘污染环境效应评价的专家地理信息系统(EGIS) 被引量:5

AN EGIS SYSTEM FOR ENVIRONMENT IMPACT APPRECIATION OF OPEN-PIT MINE ABOUT SOOT POLLUTION

摘要 针对露天采矿烟尘污染的特点,提出了地理信息系统与专家系统相集成的综合评价系统。本系统采用公共接口模块的外连式结构进行集成,用VB.net语言设计用户界面,系统核心模块是地理信息系统地图描绘器、专家系统的知识库生成器、法律法规查询器和评价报告书生成器。通过建立某露天矿的数据库和烟尘污染环境效应评价的知识库,利用本EGIS系统对大冶铁矿的烟尘污染环境效应进行了评价。 According to the characteristics of soot pollution in open pit mine, an integration evaluation system composed of GIS and ES is developed. This EGIS software was configured with externally linkage architecture based on the common interface module, its user graphics interface was designed by VB. net program language and its kernel system module are tracer tools about GIS maps, development tools about ES knowledge base, query facilities about special laws and regulations and generation tools about environment assessment report. By establishing the database of an open-pit mine and its knowledge base about EIA of soot pollution, the author finished the EIA of this mine with the EGIS software presented by this paper.
