摘要
目的:测定头孢吡肟中3种有机溶剂残留量。方法:顶空进样法,检测器为FID,色谱柱为HP-5毛细管柱,溶剂为水。结果:乙醇、氯仿、二氯乙烷线性关系r分别为0.999 9,0.999 5,0.999 7;平均回收率分别为101.7%,95.6%,98.3%,RSD分别为2.1%,3.4%,3.0%(n=5)。结论:本方法柱效高、简单、准确、快捷,适用于测定头孢吡肟中有机残留物。
OBJECTIVE To determine the residual organic volatile solvents in cefepime. METHODS The samples were injected by headspace sampler. The determination was performed on a 5% phenyl methyl siloxane GC column（ HP-5 ） with FID detector, while water was used as solvent. RESULTS The regression coefficients r in ethanol, chloroform and dichloroethane were 0. 999 9, 0. 999 6 and 0.999 1, respectively. The recoveries were 101.7%, 95.6% and 98.3% respectively with RSD（ % ） of 2.1, 3.4 and 3.0（ n = 5 ）accordingly. CONCLUSION The methodology appeared to be sensitive, simple, accurate and efficient, and could be used for the determination of the residual organic volatile solvents in cefepime.
