摘要
本文应用加权秩和比法计算科研投入、活动、产出的综合值，并对此进行灰色关联分析，以找出影响科研产出的主要因素．分析结果表明：影响科研产出的主要因素依次为科技交流、承担课题、经费投入、人力投入．
Auther uses the method of weigtht rank-sun ratio to calculate the numerical value of science and research throw, activity and produce and they are analysed with the method of grey correation so that the main factors effected science and research produce are found. The results are shown that the main factors effected science and research produce successively are science and technology exchange, underaking task, throw into funds and throw into manpower in this paper.
