摘要
阐述了在实验教学改革过程中,如何构建培养创新人才的开放式创新环境,创建有利于学生个性发展的空间和机制,培养学生综合能力和创新能力。在分层次创新培养模式和制定科学合理的实验室开放管理办法等方面进行了积极的探索与实践。为培养学生创新意识和创新能力开辟了一条重要途径。
This article explained how to establish an open and creative environment for labs during experiment reform in education, establish the environment and mechanism which are favorable to students＇ individual character development and train students＇ integration capability and innovation ability. It also researched the different level of the creative mode and the method of opening management of laboratory. It provided an important way for training students＇ innovative consciousness and innovative ability.
