摘要
[目的]探讨愈疡止痛(YYZT)煎剂对实验性大鼠十二指肠溃疡(DU)愈合质量的影响。[方法]用L-半胱胺酸盐酸盐复制大鼠DU模型,设立空白对照(A)组、病理模型(B)组、YYZT(C)组、雷尼替丁(D)组。3周后处死动物,观察溃疡愈合程度并评价溃疡愈合质量,测定胃液pH值及血清表皮生长因子(EGF)水平。[结果]C组胃酸较其余各组均降低(P<0.05);C组胃液pH值及血清EGF较其余各组明显升高(P<0.05,<0.01)。[结论]YYZT煎剂在提高溃疡愈合方面有明显优势,其作用机制可能与减少胃酸分泌、升高血清EGF有关。
[Objective]To investigate the effects and mechanism of Yuyangzhitong （YYZT） decoction on quality of ulcer healing （QOUH） in rats of experimental duodenal ulcer. [Methods] Forty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. A （control group）, B （model group）, C （YYZT group） and D （ranitidine group）. After model of duodenal ulcer in rats was established with L-Cysteine hydrochloride except A, A and B were given 0.85 % NaCl, C given YYZT, D given ranitidine for three weeks. Then the degree of ulcer healing was observed, QOUH was estimated, and the contents of gastric acid in gastric juice and EGF in serum were measured. [Resuits] The degree of ulcer healing in D group was superior to B and inferior to C. The QOUH in C was superior to B and D. The contents of gastric acid in gastric juice in C were lower than A, B and D （P〈0.05）. The contents of EGF in serum in C were higher than A, B and D （P〈0.05, 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]YYZT decoction is superior to ranitidine in improving ulcer healing and promoting QOUH. The mechanism might be related to decrease the secretion of gastric acid and increase the content of EGF in serum.
