摘要
目的研究比较手术室空气动态消毒与静态消毒的效果。方法采用静态和动态2种方法对手术室空气消毒。在进行卫生学监测的同时观察两组空气消毒法术后的感染率。结果手术切口感染率在动态消毒法中为0.06%,在静态消毒法中为0.48%,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。动态消毒法在手术进行中污染回升较缓慢平稳,空气细菌数一直控制在国家标准范围内,而静态消毒法则污染严重。结论空气动态消毒是一种较理想的空气消毒法,提高了空气质量,有助于维持室内空气洁净度,降低术后感染率。
Objective To compare the sanitizing effect of dynamic air disinfection with static air disinfection, Methods Laminar airflow systems and UV light in operating room were used for the dynamin air disiafection and static air disinfection respectively. The air colony was monitored and the wound infection rates after with the two sanitizing methods were compared. Results The wound infection rate was only 0.06 % in dynamic group while 0.48% in static group. The parameters showed a significant difference (P〈0.01). It is also showed that, dynamic air disinfection can maintain the air colony number within the state standard and the contamination increased slower than the static air disinfection. Conclusion Dynamic air disinfection is the one kind of ideal way for operating room air disinfection. It improves air quality, maintains air disinfected for longer period and decreases the wound infection rate.
