摘要
本文介绍了瓦拉杰拉油田解决稠油开采问题的评价。试验是在32井和48井进行的。表中列举了该井的生产数据。根据油井工作参数,决定采用作者研制的稠油降粘剂。它是由轻质原油、碱残余物、火油、海水和氯化钙组成。在32井和48井实际使用1号和2号混合物,它包括软质原油、海水(或部分地层水)和2%浓度的吉索尔万水溶液。试井资料分析表明,向套管空间定量配给低粘原油占容积15%~30%会显著提高油井产量,这是由于降低了产出液粘度,改善了泵的工作条件,减少了液体摩擦力和耗电量。
This paper states the successful experiences on viscous oil recovery at Bapagelo Oilfield. The table lists the technical data tested at Well 23' and 38#. According to the working parameters of the oil well, viscosity reducer for viscous oil compounded by author is introduced. The reducer is consisted of light oil, alkaline resideuces, kerosene, sea-water and calcium chloride, The mixture of No. 1 and No. 2 was used at Well 23' and 48', which involved light oil, sea-water (or portion of formation water) and 2% Jisuoerwan aqueous solution. Testing information shows that well production has been greatly improved when 15%~30% volume of casing annular is occupied by low viscosity crude oil. As the viscosity of produced fluid is reduced, the working condition of the pump is improved, fluids friction force and power consumption are decreased as well.
