摘要
划分了通信装备的3个层次可靠性指标,对3个指标的确定原则和方法做了说明,并对它们之间的关系做了分析,也对当前的一些观点提出不同的看法。
The three-level hiberarchy of reliability indexes was introduced. The principle and methods for determining the three-level reliability indexes were described. The relationship between the three level reliability indexes was analyzed. Some new views about reliability indexes were presented.
