摘要
介绍中国古代休闲、现代休闲的要素、发展、特征、意义,以及休闲学研究的概况。休闲是人类生活最终的目的,而工作是为了生存的需要,工作本身不是目的,工作也是为休闲做好准备。文化的发展是依赖文化在休闲之中扩展,一定程度上可见发展休闲的重要性。
This article introduees ancient chinese leisure, the essentials, development, features, meanings and the researchful survey of leisurelogy. Leisure is the goal of living. To work is for the need of existence, but it is also for the preparation of leisure. Culture depends for its very existence on leisure, which is very important for developing the quality of life.
