摘要
本文通过对国内外有关肝包虫病理在CT影像学上的特征性表现的文献进行总结;对肝包虫CT影像特征性表现在肝包虫病的诊断和病理学所反映的包虫活性方面的价值进行评价,认为CT技术在肝包虫的诊断方面具有很大的优势。通过CT所反映的肝包虫的病理解剖特征来判断其活性,并为临床治疗方案的选择及术中预测提供参考,是CT在临床应用的方向之一。
Through summarizing the domestic and exterior literature about CT characteristic imaging Which reflect hepatic echinococcosis and evaluating the value of CT imaging technology which manifest the Diagnose and pathological structure of live hydatid. CT imaging can be consider have great superior in diagnosis of Hepatic echinococcosis. It think that judging activity by CT characteristic imaging appearance of live Hydatid and providing more information for therapy will be one of clinical application.
