摘要
车牌识别中,车体区域的定位是一个重要的步骤。对复杂的背景下如何定位车体区域,提出一种新的思考方法,该方法把P氏熵的原理和信息熵的物理意义同图像的灰度变化结合起来,通过找出最大的局部P氏熵,来实现车体区域的定位。研究结果表明,基于局部P氏熵的图像分析方法,在车体区域定位中是可行的。
The location of car body is an important step in identifying number of car. The paper puts forward a new method of realizing car body location by putting together entropy's means of physics and idea of P-entropy with the change of picture's gray degree to find max P-entropy of limit area. The result indicates the method is feasible in the location of car-body.
