摘要
胡适从民权保障同盟会“出会”,最直接的原因在于胡适与宋庆龄对民权保障的不同认识,而这又根源于他们不同的政治立场与信仰。自由主义者胡适认为民权的保障是法律问题而不是政治问题,反对把保障民权的斗争作为支持国内工农革命斗争的一种手段,而坚信共产主义的宋庆龄组建民权保障同盟会的目的恰恰在于此。
Outwardly, it was an appeal that made HU Shi break away from the League for Civil Rights, but inwardly the difference between HU Shi and SONG Qing-ling about what civil rights is and how to guarantee civil rights is the source of this disturbance. Liberal HU Shi held that the safeguard of civil rights is a problem of law not a problem of politics, so he fought against the idea that regarding the League for Civil Rights as a means of supporting the civil work-peasants＂ struggle, which is the purpose of organizing this League by communist SONG Qing-ling.
