摘要
建立痹痛热宝中士的宁的HPLC含量测定方法。用Luna Silica(2)色谱柱,以正己烷-二氯甲烷-甲醇-浓氨试液(45∶40∶5∶0.35)为流动相,流速为1.0ml.min-1,检测波长为254nm。士的宁在0.5μg^4.13μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9991,平均回收率为99.77%,RSD=2.8%(n=6)。本文所建立的方法准确可靠、专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制和评价。
An HPLC method was established for the determination of strychnine in Bitongrebao. A Luna Silica （2） column was used with hexane-dichloromethane-methanol-strong ammonia solution （45：40：5：0.35） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1 , and the detecting wavelength was 254nm. There was a good linear relationship （r=0.9991） when strychnine was 0.5μg ～ 4.13μg. The average recovery was 99.77% and RSD was 2.8% （n=6）. The method was accurate, reliable and specific. It could be used for the quality control and evaluation of Bitongrebao.
